Inspired by the form of historical alcoves, Sebastian Herkner transported the idea of a retreat space outdoors with MBARQ. The deep seat surfaces and high backrests not only offer comfort, but also privacy. The modular collection gives structure to open outdoor spaces and defines areas where one can relax, entertain, and work in a focused manner. With its organic form, vibrant colors, and three-axis woven structure made of DEDON fiber, MBARQ adds an enchanted touch to any environment and invites you to dream.

MBARQ was designed by the designer Sebastian Herkner, who also brought the DEDON bestseller collection MBRACE to life. The three-axis weaving of the backrest combines transparency with elegant color combinations. The generous outdoor cushions invite you to dream.

Dedon Dry+ cushion construction
The DRY+ cushions offer improved rain protection. The filling is wrapped in a breathable polyester layer that is highly water-repellent with a water column of 10,000 mm. All cover fabrics are specially treated to be dirt- and water-repellent.

The furniture of the MBARQ collection is best cleaned with lukewarm water, adding mild natural soap if necessary.

The DEDON fiber is not only extremely weather-resistant and can withstand cold, heat, sun, rain, or snow, but it also has extraordinary color and texture stability and is resistant to chlorine and saltwater.
